Stared off with some Strawberry Shortcake.
I took the kids for walk around the neighborhood while Rachel put Maren down for a nap.

Malaina: "Don't pick that or you'll get a ticket."
Some time in the day Rachel and I snuck away and did a little shopping together. We had a nice time and it was great to get out just the two of us. Then, after naps and lunch and more play we headed to the park while my mom went to the motel for a nap.
It was a beautiful day and so wonderful to be there with Rachel and her girls! I miss you so much and once a year is hardly enough, but I'll take what I can get!
