Too much to do. Too little time.

I started painting the computer room & I haven't finished (sorry Jeff). It's a much grander task than you'd think with two small people under foot. We did get the back yard all cleaned up & the soil ready (with steer manure and all) for our anticipated veggie garden. My memory card is nearly full of amazing pictures to share with you all, so hang in there & I'll empty it and share soon! I promise!

Kurtis is the man!

So, it was parent teacher conference time again. Not only did Kurtis get all A's & B's he made a new class record in reading! He advanced 8 levels this quarter! The scale they use for reading text difficulty goes like this Grade1 is 100-400, Grade 2 300-600 and so on with Grade 6 (his grade) being 800-1050. Then middle school starts off 850-1100 and 9th grade is 1000-1200. Kurtis' score was 1172! He is reading at a 9th grade level with 99.51% accuracy! Ok, I'm done bragging now.

How is it March already?

Clarissa has been busy cutting teeth. She got four teeth in February and now looks like she's getting ready to cut a few more. Poor kid. She is as cute as can be, though. Lila is doing well. She took a few ballet classes but decided that she likes gymnastics better. Kurtis just got another stellar report card with all A's & B's.

This is Wheeler Farm, a local farm that is free to visit. They have a great duck pond, horses, cows, sheep, pigs, goats, turkeys, chickens, a couple great tree houses, a walking path and park. It's always a good time.
