Purple Pickled Eggs
This year we had so many left over easter eggs that I decided to try something new. Purple Pickled eggs. They turned out good & very purple! Lila really wanted to like them because they're purple, but doesn't. Kurtis really likes them though!

kay. . how'd you pickle them? i ended up making egg salad and deviled eggs a week after easter, and probably still ended up throwing out about six full eggs b/c not enough of that got eaten. . . purple pickled eggs is GENIUS!!!
