In grade school gymnastics they do fitness testing. It is a similar standard to that of the public schools. Push ups (they just have to bend the elbow, they don't have to go all the way down), sit ups, stretching and running.
Lila did a good job and had fun too.
11 sit ups in 30 seconds
22 push ups (keep in mind this is just bending the elbows, not actual push ups) in 30 seconds
4" stretch on the Pike Stretch
22.5 seconds on the 3-touch run (running back and forth on the big red mat 3 times)
