Valentine's Day

Valentine's day was very nice this year. The kids and I got up early and made pink (with beets) heart shaped pancakes and then headed to the park. We then had pink (beets again) scrambled eggs with lunch before heading to another park with Jeff so he could skate and the kids could play.

How better to start Valentine's day than with pink pancakes!?
