This week is World Breastfeeding Week! If you know someone who is pregnant or might become pregnant let them know that they can get free breastfeeding help through La Leche League. To find a LLL near you go to llli.org.
And remember both the World Health Organization & UNICEF recommend breastfeeding exclusively for 6 months and then continuing breastfeeding with complimentary foods until at least TWO years of age or as long as mutually desired!
