Well, it's official...

I am now mother to a teenager! This seems totally amazing, but at the same time I don't feel too overwhelmed by it. I suppose the fact that for the past year Kurtis reminds me on a very regular basis that he is "almost a teenager, Mom" has helped prepare me for today! I could not be more proud of him and what a wonderful person he is! He is holding on to a steady A in all his classes so far this year and is as sweet as ever! I will hope this sets the pace for the rest of his teen years, but I won't hold my breath...
